The city of Dhahran launched the third edition of the "Souk Al-Hiras" initiative to support Saudi artisans, with the goal of promoting economic empowerment for craftsmen, expanding their product markets, and transforming traditional crafts into sustainable economic products. The initiative provides artisans with the opportunity to showcase their products and develop their skills through interactive events, focusing on attracting youth and fostering heritage in a modern style. This follows the success of the previous two editions in Jeddah and Riyadh. The initiative aims to highlight the craft heritage and strengthen its presence within the community. Activities included an art exhibition, live performances, and Arabic calligraphy art.
