The article details the "Madin" industrial cities and oasis in Jeddah, which cover an area of nearly 105 million square meters. The area includes approximately 1,930 real estate and service contracts distributed across three industrial cities and an oasis. The spaces vary between 12 million square meters for the first industrial city, 8 million for the second, 80 million for the third, and 5 million square meters for the "Madin" Oasis. Their proximity to key logistical hubs also differs, with locations near Jeddah Islamic Port, the train station, and King Abdulaziz Airport. Data shows that the first industrial city contains the highest number of contracts, totaling 1,059, followed by the third city with 567 contracts, then the second with 271. Meanwhile, the "Madin" Oasis hosts 33 contracts. The main sectors include rubber and plastics manufacturing, non-metallic minerals, food and beverages, and chemicals. The area benefits from a robust infrastructure of energy, water, and supporting services, facilitating future industrial expansions, supply chain development, and connecting production with markets and logistical outlets.
