Tam updates contract for Green Riyadh consulting
Tam Development Company announced an official amendment to the consulting services contract for the Riyadh Green Program. The total contract value has been revised to approximately 12.5 million SAR after excluding a specific operational item, while maintaining profit margins and ensuring no impact on them. This adjustment aligns with the exclusion of a particular scope of work, which led to a recalculation of the contract value. The remainder of the project will proceed according to the scheduled timeline. The company confirms that this amendment will not affect the financial structure or financial forecasts, and that any financial impact will be gradually reflected during the implementation stages, with a commitment to disclose any future updates.
