Al-Amar transfers 435,000 shares to charity-controlled entity
Al Amara Food Company announced the transfer of ownership of 435,000 shares from its main shareholder, Abdulaziz Al-Jammaz & Brothers, to Al Juzl Investment Company, which is owned by a charitable endowment, and this was done without any financial consideration. This transfer is part of a broader effort to organize family and charitable ownership structures and reflects the shareholders' commitment to supporting charitable endowments and enhancing the sustainability of charitable work through income-generating assets. The company's shareholder record on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has been updated accordingly to ensure transparency and protect investors' rights.
