Al-Baha's Marawa Theater with regional-inspired design
An article discussing "Marawah Theatre" in the Al-Baha region. It is an open-air theatre considered one of the important cultural and heritage landmarks, providing a space to host national, cultural, and entertainment events. The design features terraces capable of accommodating over 5,000 people and is based on an architectural identity inspired by the region’s heritage, utilizing local stone. The design also considers the terrain of the site to ensure that the venue integrates seamlessly with the mountainous environment of Al-Baha. The project aims to boost tourism and culture in the area and is part of the efforts by the Al-Baha Municipality to develop cultural sites and support community activities. Currently, it is used to host events such as the Al-Baha Summer Festival.
