Lazetic out after Al-Tawoun loss
Al-Ahli Club has dismissed Serbian coach Zarko Lazetic from leading the team following their heavy 6-0 defeat against Al Hilal in the seventh round of the Saudi Professional League. The team's poor results, with Lazetic having led them for 8 matches—one win, three draws, and four losses—were the main reason for the decision to dismiss him. Al-Ahli's points tally remains at 3, placing them in seventeenth place, while Al Hilal has risen to the top with 18 points. Jihad Hussen has been appointed to temporarily lead the team in the upcoming period with the aim of restoring the team on the right track.
