Environmental Security fines hunters 5000 riyals
The Specialized Environmental Security Forces have warned against hunting in prohibited areas, emphasizing that violators may face fines of up to 5,000 riyals. They clarified that hunting in restricted zones undermines ecological systems and threatens biodiversity. They urged everyone to adhere to the regulations and encouraged reporting any violations through the numbers 911 and 999, assuring the confidentiality of reports. This step is part of efforts to protect wildlife and implement measures aimed at preserving the Kingdom’s natural resources.
