Spring of Health updates contract terms
Nepal Health Medical Services Company announced significant modifications to its affiliated hospital project, including the approval of 11 change orders related to electrical works, which increased the project's cost to approximately 121.3 million Saudi Riyals. The execution period has been extended, and the company has scheduled the final commissioning date for January 31, 2027, with the initial delivery set for February 28, 2027. These adjustments are due to external factors such as fluctuations in raw material prices and increased shipping costs resulting from geopolitical situations, all aimed at expediting completion and ensuring the project's opening at the beginning of 2027.
