The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the launch of registration for the sixth edition of the "Work Award," which aims to honor outstanding organizations in the private sector and encourage them to develop positive work environments, achieve localization, and adhere to professional standards. This contributes to enhancing the attractiveness of the Saudi labor market for national talents. The award features five main categories, encompassing 34 prizes, including recognition of distinguished executive leadership and support for empowering people with disabilities in the workplace. Companies must be nominated electronically and share employee feedback through a survey. The previous edition saw participation from over 216,000 organizations, indicating a broad interest from the private sector in pursuing excellence and improving institutional performance. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, focusing on strengthening the labor market, increasing localization, and inspiring organizations to adopt innovative practices.
