Yemeni forces seize Zabid and move toward Bab al-Mandeb
Yemeni forces, represented by the Giants Brigades, have taken control of the Dhabab district overlooking the Bab al-Mandab Strait and have advanced near the Al-Omari military base. This development is considered a significant battlefield advancement within efforts to regain control of areas held by the Houthi militias. The progress comes alongside a retreat of Houthi gatherings and is supported by air cover, as part of a broad military campaign aimed at restoring state institutions and ending the Houthi coup in Yemen.
