Yemen Army Targets Militia Removal
The Yemeni armed forces, supported by popular resistance, are conducting extensive military operations as part of Operation "Yemen Dawn" with the aim of regaining territory and controlling strategic positions from the Houthis. The forces have made progress in the south and in Taiz, where they liberated a series of mountains in Hifan and began the process of liberating the Al-Wazi'ah district west of Taiz. These efforts have resulted in the deaths of approximately 100 Houthis and the injury of 150 others, along with the destruction of vehicles and drones. Fighting continues on other fronts as well, and the Yemeni leadership has reaffirmed their commitment to ongoing operations until the full recapture of Yemeni territory, with a focus on protecting civilians.
