Asian stadiums prepared
The eight stadiums set to host the 2027 Asian Cup finals in Saudi Arabia are nearing full readiness. They will begin hosting local matches over the next two months in preparation for their handover to the Asian Football Confederation ahead of the tournament's kickoff in January 2027. The stadiums are located in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar. Several venues, such as King Fahd City, Jeddah, and Al-Faisal, have completed renovation and preparation works. Additionally, the Aramco Stadium will be inaugurated in November, and the capacity of Imam University Stadium will be increased by the end of November. These stadiums are ready and are expected to contribute to a successful hosting of the event.
