Saudi Adds Ebola Measures
Saudi Arabia has suspended its citizens’ travel to Kenya, halted visa issuance to people arriving from Kenya, and barred them from entering the country. The restrictions also apply to anyone who has stayed in Kenya or in countries where Ebola outbreaks have occurred within the 21 days before arrival, even if they travel via another country. The measures are part of heightened precautions, including screening arrivals, epidemiological surveillance, and an early public health response, to protect citizens, residents, and visitors.
