Al Nassr omit key trio
Al Nassr coach Ange Postecoglou left Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Simakan and Kingsley Coman out of the squad traveling to Uzbekistan to face Pakhtakor in the AFC Champions League Elite. The decision is part of a player-rotation policy aimed at avoiding fatigue amid a congested fixture schedule. Abdulrahman Sufyani was included to bolster the squad and give him a chance to play. Al Nassr sit second in the Roshn Saudi League on 28 points, behind leaders Al Qadsiah on goal difference.
