Al-Ahli Signs Kiseh Replacement From France
Al-Ahli Saudi plans to replace their star Ivorian player Frank Kessié by signing French midfielder Metz's Senegalese player, Alpha Toure, during the current summer transfer window. The club is in negotiations with Metz to purchase Toure's contract, who is 20 years old and considered one of the promising talents, with the expected value of the deal ranging between 5 to 7 million euros. Toure, who joined Metz from Génération Foot in summer 2024, has played 53 matches, scored one goal, and provided one assist. He represents a strategic option for Al-Ahli, especially since he can be registered as a foreign player under the age limit. The deal was discussed after Al-Ahli management announced it would not renew Kessié's contract, despite having signed new players in the midfield position.
