Al-Khaleej Club management is seeking to sign a foreign goalkeeper before the end of the summer transfer window to strengthen the first team, given the absence of the injured goalkeeper, Bruno Fariña, since last season. The club aims to register the foreign goalkeeper at the expense of Nigerien Yousouf Oumarou, who is currently limited to a backup role, while Coach Jalal Qaderi relies on goalkeeper Ibrahim Zayed. The summer transfer window in the Roshn League ended at the end of the week, during which Al-Khaleej signed seven foreign players and an equal number of local players.
