Diomande suffers from Mourinho's strategy

According to the newspaper AS, Real Madrid's coach José Mourinho has implemented a gradual plan to involve Ivorian midfielder Yann Djedjé Djoumadi, who became the club's most expensive signing at 125 million euros. He has seen limited playing time since the beginning of the season. The coach aims to acclimate Djoumadi to the team gradually, in order to reduce the pressure on him and avoid repeating the previous experience with Franco Mastantuno. Mourinho is focused on giving the player time to grow and adapt, while respecting the players who have already proved their worth. He relies on a plan that encourages natural development of his performance.
