Australian coach Artur Purbas, the head coach of Al-Ettifaq's first football team, confirmed that his team faced significant challenges during the summer transfer period. However, he described the developments over the past 24 hours as positive and indicative of progress for the team. He pointed out that the upcoming break will be a valuable opportunity to increase harmony among the newly joined players, amidst good preparations for the next match against Al-Faisaly, with a focus on securing points and delivering a distinguished level. He explained that the congested schedule makes recovery essential, and that his offensive options include players like Ryan Mensie and Khalid Al-Ghnam, who provide additional strength, especially as fatigue is expected to affect the rivals.
