Dublin protests raise match concerns
A group of activists organized a protest in front of the Irish Parliament in Dublin against the return match between Ireland and Israel in the UEFA Nations League, calling for a boycott of the game and sanctions against Israel over accusations of genocide. This coincided with a hearing attended by representatives of the Irish Football Association regarding their stance on facing Israel, during which the coach confirmed that the match would proceed as scheduled despite popular pressure. It is worth noting that the first leg ended with Ireland winning three-nil.
