Messi finalizes El Densie acquisition
Lionel Messi, the captain of the American team Inter Miami, completed his acquisition of the Spanish club CD Eldense, which competes in the second division, after purchasing all the shares owned by the Colombian investment group, becoming the majority owner. Messi aims to support the club, which was established in 1921, and to give it a strong boost, especially since the club currently ranks 19th in the second division after four losses in seven matches. The club’s management is awaiting regulatory approval for the officially completed deal, considering that this step marks the beginning of a new chapter in the club’s history, which spans over 100 years.
