Salma Kris not in Milan’s plans until 2027
AC Milan has announced that their midfielder, Alexis Salmaekers, sustained a serious ankle injury during training that will prevent him from playing until 2027. Tests revealed that the injury resulted in the loss of part of the ankle's stability, and he will undergo a new surgical procedure, meaning his absence from the pitch will be ongoing until the end of the year. Salmaekers was a key player in the previous season, but his role diminished with coaching changes. Currently, his team is in fifth place in the Italian league standings with 11 points.
