Mongolian Falcon Fetches 1.4M Riyals
The most expensive Mongolian falcon ever sold was auctioned for 1.4 million Saudi Riyals during the Saudi International Falcon and Hunting Exhibition 2026, setting a new record for the highest price in Mongolian falcon auctions. On that day, the auction featured three falcons of the Houbara class, with the first sold for 151,000 Riyals, the second for 100,000 Riyals, and the third—the most expensive—for 1.4 million Riyals. The Mongolian falcon is characterized by its large size, wingspan, and endurance, making it a favored species among falcon hunters in Saudi Arabia and the region. The exhibition aims to promote the presence of Mongolian falcons among enthusiasts, and it concludes at Riyadh Exhibitions and Conferences Center, featuring a variety of programs that combine falconry, hunting, and adventures.
