Al-Ahli aims for comeback via Al Wasl
Al-Ahli Saudi team, the two-time Asian Champions League titleholder, defeated their UAE opponent Al Wasl with a score of 2-1 in the second round of the Asian Champions League at Zabeel Stadium in Dubai. Al-Ahli is aiming to secure their second victory over Al Wasl after previously defeating them 2-0, and hopes to continue their progress toward winning the title for the third consecutive time. Despite a draw in their first match against Uzbekistani club Bakhter Kor, Al-Ahli is focused on strengthening their chances of advancing in the group, especially after Al Wasl's loss in their opening game against UAE club Al Qadsia.
