Barcelona is facing the threat of a full strike just 48 hours before the El Clásico match against Real Madrid, as seasonal club employees announced their intention to begin an open strike starting the night of October 23rd until the morning of October 26th, despite the club's reassurance that all necessary services for organizing the match will be secured. The employees are demanding a significant salary increase and a 50% boost in staffing levels. However, Barcelona has confirmed that their demands will not threaten the staging of this big event, and their organizational capacity allows them to handle any emergency smoothly. The club also criticized the employment model used for some services, pointing out that their competitors rely on external sources, which reflects an evolution in resource management strategies.
