Tottenham coach seizes phones before first win
Tottenham's coach, Roberto De Zerbi, imposed a complete ban on the use of mobile phones during communal meals at the training camp in Marbella, aiming to enhance direct communication among players and accelerate the integration of new arrivals. This measure comes in light of the team's ongoing crisis, which has left them at the bottom of the English Premier League standings with no wins in six matches, despite the club spending $505 million on transfers. The team also held meetings to discuss poor performance and the importance of each individual taking responsibility. Additionally, they organized dinner parties within the team, emphasizing that the goal is to improve team spirit without imposing excessive restrictions, thereby allowing players freedom during their free time.
