Al-Bulayhi Outshines Shafi in Goals

Al-Bulayhi, the defender for Al-Shabab, tops the list of the most goal-scoring defenders in the history of the Saudi Professional League since its inception in 2008. This came after he scored a double in a match against Al-Fateh, bringing his total to 22 goals, surpassing Farouk Shafie, who dropped to second place with 21 goals. Bulayhi remains the most goal-scoring player in the defensive line, as his active rivals have been unable to catch up due to retirement or leaving the league, with Moroccan Marwan Saadane and Saeed Al-Rubaie approaching the next two positions.
