The Bank of Scotland has issued a commemorative banknote valued at £20 featuring the image of international player Scott McTominay, in honor of his contribution to Scotland's qualification for the 2026 World Cup for the first time since 1998. The note includes his distinctive goal from the bicycle kick against Denmark in November 2025. Only 100 copies were printed, which are awarded to winners or put up for sale, with proceeds going to charity. This initiative reflects the high regard for football in Scotland.
