Al Ahly advances in Akram Tawfik deal
Al Ahly club is currently discussing the possibility of re-signing Akram Tawfik after his departure to Al Shamal SC in Qatar at the end of last season. They are in advanced negotiations with the player to terminate his contract with the Qatari team and reach a settlement. Akram Tawfik wishes to leave due to limited playing time, and Al Ahly aims to strengthen the midfield following the departure of Aouar Dianj, with the ability to also play as a right-back.
