Tétouan Union on La Liga Kora: Zamalek did not reach out regarding Maalé issue and penalty is not $900,000
Ittihad Tanger confirmed that Zamalek has not contacted them to resolve the issue of player Abdel Hamid Melehi, despite a club delegation being present in Morocco. Ittihad Tanger obtained a ruling from the Court of Arbitration for Sport against Zamalek due to Melehi’s unilateral contract termination. Sources indicated that the penalty does not include the amount of $900,000. Player Abdel Hamid Melehi transferred to Zamalek in July 2025 for approximately half a million euros, but he did not actively participate in official matches with the Egyptian club.
