Individual sports boost focus and self-control

The Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation organized tournaments in archery and shooting as part of the Specialized Schools Initiative, aiming to enhance the presence of individual sports within the school environment and to discover talented students. The person in charge of the foundation confirmed that these sports help develop concentration, patience, and discipline, linking training with practical application and supporting the school's participation in promoting women's sports from an early age.
