Mazzah Airport to become private civil airport
The Syrian General Authority of Civil Aviation is working on reclassifying Mza Airport from a military facility to a limited civilian airport, with the aim of dedicating it to private and executive aviation. Initial plans for this transformation are currently being prepared, but no specific date has yet been set for its operation in the new capacity. This step aims to expand the uses of Syria's civil aviation infrastructure.
