The first session of the Syrian People's Assembly will be held on June 8th, after the list of elected members through regional bodies has been finalized, along with the allocation of seats among various Syrian components and sects, particularly in the eastern region and women's representation rights. Additionally, the interim president's share is subject to negotiations with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), amid some Kurdish parties' rejection of the results of the selections made after the elections.
