Refugee Turns Factory Owner in Germany
The Syrian businessman Abdel Razaq Al-Hassan Ibrahim successfully turned his asylum in Germany in 2015 into a story of success. He established a modern bakery project in the state of Bavaria. He started with a small shop in Schweinfurt in 2018, then in 2023, he opened an automated bread production factory with a capacity of about 200,000 loaves per month, employing 11 workers. Family members are involved in managing the project, which serves as an example of refugees' success in building their businesses and creating job opportunities in Germany.
