Germany begins search for crypto queen involved in major scam
The authorities in North Rhine-Westphalia have launched a public search campaign for Ruja Ignatova, known as the "Queen of Cryptocurrencies," who is accused of fraud and money laundering in the case of the "One Coin" currency. It is believed that she was the mastermind behind the project, which was discredited by investigations and resulted in billion-dollar losses worldwide. German authorities indicate losses amounting to millions of euros, despite her disappearance in October 2017 and the issuance of arrest warrants against her.
