Homs Vocational Center Offers Free Courses
The Vocational Training Center in Homs has launched free courses in the construction sector to train approximately 90 trainees in various professions such as electrical and plumbing installations, blacksmithing, welding, painting, and decoration. The aim of these courses is to develop the trainees' technical and personal skills. They last for four months and result in accredited certificates that open up employment opportunities in public institutions. The center is also working on developing a new facility that meets modern quality standards to enhance the training environment and support the labor market and development during the reconstruction phase.
