Chinese robot traverses rocky terrain

Chinese robotics company Unitytrie has unveiled a quadruped robot equipped with wheels, capable of navigating various terrains. Weighing 16 kilograms, it can carry individuals with a combined weight of around 150 kilograms. The robot features an instant learning mechanism and adaptive movement through high-precision sensors. It is used in search and rescue missions, cargo transport, and scientific expeditions. The robot can operate in extreme weather conditions, ranging from -20°C to 55°C, and has connectivity options for internet networks and positioning technologies. Despite its benefits, there are concerns about its potential military use, although the company has pledged not to equip it with weapons. Its price is approximately $36,000 in the American markets.
