Google Gemini Spark manages tasks via Chrome

Google has announced the expansion of its AI agent, Gemini Spark, to include automated browsing through Google Chrome. This enables it to perform multi-step online tasks on behalf of users, such as searching for flights, comparing options, and making reservations. It can utilize saved accounts and passwords to facilitate these operations while maintaining the user’s ultimate control over sensitive actions like payments. The new capabilities focus on improving daily online task management with protection against manipulation, and are currently available to Google AI Pro subscribers in over 160 countries, starting with the United States. The goal is to make the agent more autonomous and effective in executing tasks.
