Xiaomi Redmi K200 Possibly Next After K110
Redmi is moving towards changing the naming system of its flagship phones, as the K110 series may be skipped entirely, with the company jumping straight to the Redmi K200 series in the next generation. This comes after comments from the product director who noted that the name K110 sounds odd, opening the possibility of choosing a different naming scheme that covers numbers from 100 to 200 or other options. So far, Redmi has not officially confirmed the name of the upcoming generation, but these changes align with the company's strategy to focus on high-performance releases like the K100 Pro and K100 Pro Max, possibly delaying the launch of the basic model. Ultimately, the final decision depends on the company's plans, which might include a completely different naming system.
