The article focused on OpenAI's developments in creating the new AI model Astra. The company has slowed its progress and suspended some activities due to preliminary assessment results indicating that its cybersecurity and programming capabilities could reach levels that threaten operations, classifying the possibility of it reaching "critical" capability levels. It was confirmed that the model demonstrated strong performance in identifying vulnerabilities and executing cyberattacks, prompting the implementation of strict security measures during development, including isolated environments and weight encryption.
