Android toreceive new feature

Google is currently testing its native App Lock feature within the Android system, aiming to allow users to easily lock applications using a password or fingerprint, without the need for third-party apps. The feature appears in the experimental Android Canary 2608 release and can be accessed through security settings, provided that the device has a basic security method such as a PIN or pattern. Users will be able to lock multiple apps simultaneously and hide notification content and shortcuts when apps are locked, thereby enhancing user privacy. Additionally, Google offers a Private Space option to hide apps within a separate area, with notifications indicating that locking an app does not revoke existing access permissions granted to certain services or smart assistants. Although the feature is still in the testing phase, these noticeable developments suggest it may be officially rolled out soon in the main Android system, further strengthening user privacy protections.
