Xiaomi has announced the launch of HyperOS 4, built on Android 17, and has begun rolling out a limited beta version to a select group of phones and tablets in the Chinese market. The initial batch includes 8 smartphones and 2 tablets, giving users the opportunity to test the new features. There are plans to gradually expand the program to more devices and markets throughout August and September. HyperOS 4 features a modern design based on glass surfaces and smooth interactions, with visual enhancements and transparent effects. It also introduces new features aimed at improving the user experience. Xiaomi is implementing the update gradually in stages, with expectations to release the global version soon after the system stabilizes.
