Acer has launched a new laptop named "Go Air" in the Chinese market, targeting competition with Apple's budget-friendly MacBook Neo. The device features specifications that surpass its counterpart in terms of memory size (12 GB versus 8 GB), storage capacity (512 GB versus 256 GB), and refresh rate (120 Hz versus the higher-resolution screen of the MacBook Neo). The "Go Air" comes equipped with a sixth-generation Intel Core i5 processor, offers a battery life of up to 19 hours, and supports 100-watt fast charging. While it outperforms the MacBook Neo in functional performance by providing higher capacities for users and featuring more diverse ports, its approximate price is about $800—slightly higher than the starting price of $700 for the MacBook Neo. Acer has not yet announced when the device will be available globally, but its specifications position it as a strong competitor in the low-cost computer category, especially for users who prioritize performance and storage capacity.
