Galaxy S27 Ultra may include scratch-resistant feature
Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy S27 Ultra, which may feature glass equipped with self-healing technology capable of automatically repairing minor scratches, in collaboration with Corning. The new glass is likely to be used on the phone's screen or back panel, aiming to reduce the effects of prolonged use and maintain its appearance for a longer period. Although the concept is not new, technological advancements could enable a higher level of repair capability compared to previous technologies, such as those found in the LG G Flex 2. Samsung is expected to officially reveal details of the phone in early 2027, and this technology could become one of its most prominent features.
