Humana Plans $2.5B Data Centers in Saudi

Hyumain, a Saudi company, has announced its plans to raise $2.5 billion from investors with the aim of establishing a fund that will invest in data centers across the kingdom. The initial capacity is expected to reach 250 megawatts, potentially increasing to one gigawatt in the future. The fund will be managed by PSF Capital and financed through a combination of debt and equity, pending approval from the Capital Market Authority. This move is part of Hyumain’s efforts and the support of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund to strengthen investments in artificial intelligence, develop the necessary infrastructure, and align with the kingdom’s strategy to expand its capabilities in AI and provide advanced computing resources to support future technological projects.
