iPad Mini 8 Debuts Major Update
Apple will work on launching a new generation of the iPad Mini with significant upgrade features, including an OLED display for the first time in the series, with potential support for a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and the A20 Pro chip manufactured using 2-nanometer technology. Additionally, the device's memory capacity may be increased to 12GB. The front camera will also be repositioned to be more convenient for video calls in landscape mode. Improvements to the speaker system are expected to rely on vibrations instead of traditional openings, with a possibility of official water resistance. The device is expected to be unveiled before the end of October 2026, with a probable price higher than the current starting price of $599. This represents the biggest upgrade to the series in years, offering substantial technological and design improvements in performance.
