OnePlus 16 with high-refresh display
OnePlus has unveiled the display of its highly anticipated OnePlus 16 smartphone, featuring advanced technologies including a new generation of BOE screens called "Oriental Screen." This display relies on X4 lighting material developed collaboratively with the company. It offers a high refresh rate of 165Hz system-wide and 185Hz for compatible gaming, with energy consumption similar to 120Hz screens, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience without significantly draining the battery. The screen also supports eye protection technologies, reduces brightness down to 1 nit for improved night-time use, and is equipped with a P4 display processor and Ultra-Dynamic Clarity technologies to enhance the clarity of fast-moving scenes. The phone is expected to come with flagship specifications, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme processor, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 1TB of storage, and a 9000mAh battery with fast and wireless charging capabilities. Additionally, it features a triple-camera system with up to 200MP resolution, prioritizing gaming experience and supporting extremely high refresh rates.
