WhatsApp tests new message feature on Android
WhatsApp has added a message scheduling feature that allows users to send messages automatically at a preset time. This enables the sending of texts, links, photos, and videos at the chosen times, whether in individual or group chats. The send time can be set between 10 minutes and two weeks in advance. Messages remain protected through end-to-end encryption, even if the phone is offline at the time of sending. The feature includes a dedicated section for reviewing and managing scheduled messages, helping to improve organization for personal and professional communication. However, it is still currently in testing on a beta version of the Android app and has not yet been officially available to everyone.
