Agriculture Ministry advises weather precautions
The Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Fisheries has called on all stakeholders in the agricultural and maritime sectors to take the necessary preventive measures due to the expected weather disturbances over the weekend. These include the appearance of thunderstorm clouds and heavy rains of up to twenty millimeters, with a possibility of hail and winds reaching speeds of up to 80 kilometers per hour. The ministry advised securing equipment and machinery and avoiding field activities during storms. It also urged grain farmers to protect their stocks and encouraged sailors to exercise caution when sailing and to stay updated with weather warnings.
