Kasserine conducts hazardous waste cleanup at Hussein Bouzian University

The management of Hussein Bouzian University Hospital in Gafsa organized an exceptional cleaning campaign in coordination with the city’s municipality. The campaign aimed to remove hazardous and ordinary waste from storage areas and spaces that had not been cleaned for years, in order to improve waste storage conditions and enhance safety and hygiene standards within the healthcare facility. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to improve the hospital environment and reduce risks associated with waste accumulation, with plans to delegate this waste to specialized companies for hazardous waste treatment.
