Kairouan Nursing Institute Opening Delayed Again

The Higher Institute of Nursing Sciences in Kairouan has been delayed for the second time, despite its project having announced a start date since the last academic year. Representative from the People's Assembly for the Southern Kairouan district, Taieb Talebi, stated that there has been communication with the relevant ministries and the necessary procedures have been completed. However, the issue still relates to finalizing certain procedures at the central level, along with a call to expedite including the institute in the university guidance guide for the upcoming year.
